Hi all, i have a PIN 570 and I am having teriable trouble with the POI and the speed cameras from this site.

My Namvman has version 3.50.0515 on it which I believe is the lastest Service pack but my desktop on my pc is at version 3.5.0.6

could this be a cause of the issue.

My main problem is if I open the POI editor and look "manage POI" it shows all speed traps files, so I try and delete them off and then it ask you to Sav which I do but it doesnt update the PIN and if I go back in there, they are there again.

sometimes it works and other times (most oftern than not) it doesnt work.

My POI Compiler is v3.05.0.0

but my mate who has an ICN 530 is 4.0.0.6

Could this be where the problem is??

What size SD card are you using? I had problems with the PiN 570 when I fitted a 2gb card then when Navman eventually replied to my plea for help, they claim it will not work with anything over a 1Gb card.
BUT, by trial and error I found that if you are having problems, do a 'soft' reset (small recessed button to left of connector) and let it boot up again, it recogises the larger card and everything seems to work OK.
Good luck, because their helpline is useless, even if you do get a reply out of them
