Problems with ActiveSync

Since reinstalling XP Pro, I find that to use my Medion PDA in its cradle, I have to soft reset it ... Is this normal ?

Is there any way for it to work, with out me having to reset it each time ?

Are you using the same version of ActiveSync as before the rebuild?

Yep... Latest version downloaded from MS web site !!
