There seems to be a great deal of confusion at
http://www.totalpda.co.uk/TomTom-ONE-Refurbished-(Western-Europe).aspx

They say they are selling a refurbished One, but the picture doesn't look like others I've seen, and the text refers to a Classic.

Can one of you guys let me know what model it is that they are selling. Ok, it's factory refurbished, but it's still everso cheap.

I've also noticed at the bottom that they are offering a free PGPS camera database. Is this legal?

It's the original ONE and should be called the ONE V1.

It is not the GO Classic.

We licence certain retailers to pre-install a copy of our database subject to certain conditions being met. Namely that they provide clear instructions and it is pre-installed and not juts supplied on a disc.

Where we discover that these conditions are not being met we withdraw permission. TotalPDA are one of those so permitted.

Refurbished ONE v1 + old Maps of W. Europe, just before TT introduces TT ONE v4 :-)

Darren, this point gets raised from time to time. Would it be possible to have a Sticky listing the approved suppliers?

That ought to be possible. It might even help with policing them as I have concerns that many are not fulfilling their side of the deal.
