Well my Go 710 has just arrived :D , minus the free remote control .

Phoned them up and the guy was very helpful has taken all the details and said would arrange for one to be dispatched, I have asked for Royal Mail as not always easy for someone to stay in all day waiting for ANC to arrive. He said he will see what he can do. Followed up my phone call with a note via their contact us section.

Dealings so far have been positive, this will be a little test to see how good the Customer Service is. I will update next week.

Off to play with my 710. :D

as long as you have no issues with the unit you should be fine but good luck if you become unhappy with it they dont like taking returns

Well what can I say the remote turned up this morning at 10am and it works well with the 710. Life just got easier
