I have just go an Orange SVP M1000 and know nothing about what you can do with this apart from phone & text. i have been told that you can use these as a GPS with an add on & software
Does anyone know of any good sites or forums that can help me with using the device plus what software to add / use |

Your new device will work with a multitude of different software, as a starter for ten have a look at www.handango.com there are loads of applications available from there, it all depends what you want to do with it.
As for sat nav, the unit will work with various mapping programs that are around, you will need a memory card, GPS reciever and preferably a power lead for use in the car, also a decent car holder is a must - you don't want it to fly off the dashboard and break. Mike |

Software wise, take a look at TomTom, it seems to be popular with the Smartphone users. _________________ Gone fishing! |
