Hi,
After a very nice holiday in the USA, my wired GPS received has been melted by the extreem heat and my stupidity in leaving it on the dashboard!.
So I'm looking to replace it and have a question about bluetooth receivers.
How easy is it to connect to the BT recevier when you start TomTom? Does TT start bluetooth and connect to the receiver automatically or do I have to start the bluetooth manager on my iPAQ and connect manually then start TT?

Once set-up to work with the Bluetooth GPS everything is automatic, TomTom will launch, switch on the Bluetooth and connect to the GPS, the shut down is the same in reverce, there can be a delay on the Bluetooth firing up but thats down to the PDA nothing much 30 Secs is about the worst I have seen on an ipaq-4700 - Mike

Cool, thanks for the info. That opens up the options for a new GPS receiver then! _________________ TomTom GO 910
