HANDNAV: POOR SERVICE

Ordered a Brodit PDA holder for the car a week ago,still not received,but when i phone them they tell me its in the post/or been posted,very strange service this is,do they require business or not

Had another phone call to handnav ,spoke to Chetan,problem was a techincal fault on there computer system so hopefully get my part tommorow.
