Tried it for the first time today and i set 60 seconds first warning than 20 secs before camera.

However this seemed to be well in advance for both.

I know it is probably trial and error to get your likes.

But just to see what people set theirs at can everyone post in here.

I think mine are set at the default. Used it yesterday for the first time. Seemed fine.

Found a number of cameras no longer in existance (A2/M2 roadworks). Unfortunately hadn'y quite worked out how to capture the info! I do now so next time I'll be sending an update.

I've set mine to 15 degrees detection angle, 20s first warning and 5s final warning.

Mind you I have a Road Angel to fall back on! Checkpoint nearly alwas alert before the RA. What really would be good is if Checkpoint was directional.

I find 25 degrees/30 sec first warn/10 sec last warn works for me.

Hmmm - I have a first warning set for 60 seconds. I want as much warning as possible, especially if I'm planning something like an overtake.

I also have second waring at 30 seconds and a third at 10 seconds. I'd much rather have too much warning than too little.

I also use a Valentine 1 radar/laser detector.

This may be covered elsewhere but what warning sounds are you using?

I'm fed up with the ones I'm using for MS Pinball! (My wife thinks I'm mad)

I have got some good ones. I cant remember where they came from but if you drop me an email I am happy to send you them on (see my profile for the address).

One is a womans voice saying "Speed camera 30 Seconds" (quite pleasant sounding).

The final warning is a decent siren noise.

Ian.

BTW, it allows swear words and I had quite a laugh doing it Laughing
