Subscription question

I'm sure I read a couple of months ago that those of us who had previously submitted camera updates would get a free subscription to download the Speed Camera database. I can't see any reference to that on the site, only a paid subscription option with a promise of a free subscription if you sumbit something new.

Was I dreaming the initial promise or do I now need to pay though I have made previous sumbissions?

The submission verification process is described in the main post. We are working through each submission to check eligibility. You should let us know if you have submitted your cameras under a different email address.

My submissions were under this e-mail address and obviously my userID is opposite.

How will I know if/when my subscription is active?

I applied for the free LIFETIME membership to PocketGPSWorld.com.

I have received an email stating that my subscription to Pocket GPS World has been activated and will expire on Monday 2nd March 2026 .

Do Pocket GPS know something that I don't
