New user, in the mire...

First posting... hi there.

Using Garmin i3. Have previously been (successfully) downloading speed camera data successfully. Have realised that I can't do without this, so have registered and handed my pennies over.

But now, I don't seem to be able to download the camera database any more... don't know if this is a configuration problem, but every time I get an error message 'Internet Explorer cannot download 'download cameras.php?idPackage=4 from www.pocketgpsworld.com'

Have tried disabling popup blocker, no improvement. Using IE6, patched to the hilt, with Window2000. Even tried to (surreptitiously) download a different database, same result.

As I said, previously no problems downloading the freebie versions, so this is rather galling. Any ideas?

I have just done a test on my system here. IE6 and both of the Garmin downloads are delivered correctly.

Is is possible that you have a security setting somewhere blocking zip files?

I should have said that if you continue to have problems we can email you the zip file you require.
