Wish mine had arrived, Darren said it was sent on Sunday night apparently  Means I have to go through the manual sending in of details and wait for my update  . Wonder how many others are in this situation?

To be fair we've sent out thousands and had only a few dozen not arrive. Spam filters, over zealous ISP's blocking bulk mail and dormant or old accounts seem to be the most common cause. We're actioning manual applications fairly quickly so you won't be delayed long.
