Advice needed- Re Euro map problem

Hi

I have a Pin 570 load with UK maps

I purchased the Spanish maps and loaded them onto the Pin via my PC using ST software

The ST menu on my PC states that the Spanish maps are loaded onto my Pin, however when I access my Pin the Pin only shows the UK maps

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling software and maps but to no avail

Can anyone offer assistance?
