Expansys - Good experience!!

I ordered an Arkon Mount and Otterbox yesterday lunchtime and it was delivered by 0900am the next day to my workplace despite that not being my registered address for credit card.Excellent service

Yup, they're normally pretty good. The problem is that when they're bad they're atrociously bad.



I once waited three months for a SD-CF convertor and a set of WriteShields. The problem was that they held small stocks of each of the two items. So, for the two days a month when Item A was in stock Item B wasn't - and vice versa. They expected me to wait until both were in stock at the same time or pay for two lots of delivery. Keeing Item A aside until Item B came in wasn't a possibility.

Yeah, I had the same problem with Expansys. Also they couldn't deliver to anywhere other than my credit card address. so after my order is (not) delivered while I'm at work, I have to trek down the local PO to collect it myself..... :-(



Anyway, ain't that just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes??
