Hi. I'm currently running TOM TOM MOBILE on an ORange E200. Thinking about a phone upgrade and was looking at the C500 - but now the C550 is available.
Will TOM TOM run on the C550?
I don't really need the extra functionality with Mobile 5, so wasn't planing to upgrade that really........

Hi. thanks for your response. I have my new C550. Tom Tom appears to startup, but then screen goes fuzzy. I think the C550 has a higher resolution screen than its predecessors. So Tom tom and/or phone may need a config change. Any idea how I do this please??
Thanks

Tried that and getting errors, will have to have a play I think!
As for my other question... can I use a 3rd Party GPS receiver with mobile 5? Mine is on its way out big style! |

thanks Drwhitesnake for the info! Will give it a try.
LeeUS - A 3rd party GPS receiver should work. I've used one in a friends car with my Orange E200 and TomTom worked fine. |
