Trying to set up an XDA IIi for a colleague and having great difficulty getting it to see my Leadtek 9537. It works on my XDA II. What am I doing wrong? Sad

Cheers for the prompt reply but I thought you'd know that the 9537 is a bluetooth.
I can get a wired gps to work with the IIi but not bluetooth. My XDA II is set up on com 5, so I did the same on the IIi. I think I tried com 6 and I tried pairing in bluetooth manager but still nothing
