navman pin 570 speed camera warnings

Hey guy's i'm new here, just wondering, i have got a pin 570 navman and the speed camera database loaded, it works great, but when it detects a camera it tells me how far it is away but it only warns me for a few seconds and stays on the screen for a few seconds and then it doen't mention it again, so by the time i get there i may have forgotten about the camera. Is there anyway to get a continuos warning until i pass the camera? Cheers Lee

You can't get a continuous warning but you can get two warnings on the PPC version of the software. If you set the distance at, say, 1500' and the time warning at, say, 4 seconds, you will get two warnings.

Try it and find your ideal setup.

Another option would be to find and replace the cosmicl.wav file with a longer one.
