Cannot load UK maps PiN 300

Back in May I purchased a Navman PiN300 kit from my local Dixons. Allegedly it came supplied with the UK maps pre-installed on a SD card. To this day I have not been able to access these maps. Using the SmartST Desktop software and Disk 1 of the three map disks, it reports tha the UK maps 'are on the cd but not registered' to my PDA, but that the Scandanavian maps are available and registered. Sounds to me like the SD card has got the wrong cdkey's on it! E-mails to Navman support have yielded no response.

Anyone got any ideas?
