hi pete
i ordered it 2 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet. oh dear.
as far as i can see there are no powered mounts on the market yet. however, eten m500 has built in speekerphone so i am hoping this will be powerful enough to serve as a handsfree and sat nav speaker. for my hp2210 i plug in a nokia speeker for satnav and is so loud i have to turn it down. _________________ hp2210,qtec 2020, wired tt3,ukpostcode!!! |

Hi roadhog,
been searching a bit and have found a dedicated eten forum (not very big yet) at www.eten-users.net it may be worth asking these guys if they can help.
cheers

bad news about the dodgy e-bayer.
I've just been had as well but only £15.00. How do they get away with it. |

You "paid" £160 ? And you thought you would risk it?
It is not a risk really. I do not think you will get it. _________________ Pc-Mobile

Roadhog - i've been using an arkon powered mount with my xda2, got my m500 yesterday and you can use the sync/charge cable (usb) that comes with it to connect to the arkon mount where the xda was connected and it charges the m500 fine. Only problem is that its a bit long and you have to coil it up so it doesn't drop down.
Not an ideal solution but untill more accessories are available i'll live with it.
Definetly going to get myself another case thou as the one that comes with it has to be removed to use the pda or phone facility. I seem to remember someone selling a krussels flip type case on ebay.
Any news on your m500 yet? |

couldn't say about any other mount as the only powered mount i've tried is the arkon.
It works well enough thats all i can say about it.
Congrats on the xda - good piece of kit based on my experience with my xda2.
A site worth checking thats about xda's is http://forum.xda-developers.com/front_page.php
Have fun
