Does anyone know of a way to get the backlight to turn up (increase brightness to maximum) on an ipaq whenever tomtom 5 is running? Perhaps there is a program that does it?

I am using the HP Profile feature to control that. Profiles can be changed quickly with a longer press on the power button. _________________ Lutz

Cool, I didn't know you could do that. Is there any way to define the profiles as on my iPAQ that changes from backlight off to backlight on level 1 (which is the level I like for normal use). What I really need it to do is switch from level 1 to level maximum and back again.

erm . mines has started doing that whenever TomTom starts, along with setting the stay lit time to 5 mins...
Kinda like it but kind hate it as a lot of the time I am on batteries alone (which I have noticed are getting sucked up a lot quicker with TT5)
How do you control what it does? |
