SmartST V2 and V3 USA

Does anyone know if I'll have to reinstall all my maps if I upgrade to SmartST. I have a 300 MHz PC and it takes forever to install the maps.
Also anyone have a link for a good review of SmartST??

Sorry, there won't be a review from me until SmartST supports PDAs with 32 MB of RAM. Maybe a real user wants to write a review?
