help needed navman satnav

sorry im new to this so if i get it wrong please be patient,i own a navman icn750, it doesnt have any speed camera database (that i can find) how do i go about downloading these or do i change to a different sat nav system?

Your icn750 will accept the PocketGPSWorld Camera Database. Once you have subscribed click here you need to follow these instructions
