Newbie needs help finding a power cable

Hi All.

I've just broke the power cable for my TomTom3 car kit, it has a blue lable with 4A00.003 on it. have had a look for this and no luck, thought I'd ask the experts

Hi - I have exactly same cable for TTN Part No. 4A00.003
After only two months use - it failed - luckily I had arrived at my destination.
Don't buy another cable - I Have fixed mine.
Undo the philips screw in the cigar lighter connector and also unscrew the tip of this connector using a pair of pliers.
lever off the chrome ring around the tip and you will now be able to open the lighter connector assembly - CAREFUL!!! - a small hex nut will fall out.
Inside is a fuse - mine was intact - BUT the +12V (Red Wire) had become detached from the fuse spring.
A severe lack of solder here!!!! - I resoldered using plenty a re-assembled - a bit fiddly - but hey presto it all works fine.
Saved me £17.00 or so!!!
