Safety Camera downloads to Kenwood DNX5260

Hi Forum Members,

I have a Kenwood DNX5260 fitted in a Hyundai i30.

Cannot load any Safety Camera data to it, the "Where to/View Map" does not respond to the microSD card.

Most grateful for any help! Noment

First thing we need to ask is "are you following the instructions HERE?

At what stage does it go wrong? (as I can't see any mention of "Where to/View Map" having to respond to the microSD card).

Istructions say as number:-
8.Use 'Express' mode (Recommended) to quickly transfer the database to your SD Card

Then what????? Is this the missing bit?
The CD version says as number 7 to put the CD in the device and it will auto update.
