Can't get tomtom 2.07 driver to download to fix MM04 pbm

Set-up...
Hardware Ipaq HP4150
Tomtom Bluetooth
Latest versions 3.03...

As per previously documented problem… runs fine on TT3 but on MM2004 cannot communicate

Based on earlier tips I have tried dropping the GPS 3.03 and downloaded 2.07 onto PC
However I can’t get this to run.

(I assume I run set-up from the PC as it refuses to run from the IPAQ.)

I get the following error… 8O

Line 7: SETUPREQUIRED 4.08
Error: This version of SETUP.EXE is too old to handle the installation of the selected software

Then after pressing enter to clear this I get

Error
Setup instructions not found
Cannot run setup


Please can someone help. MM04 software looks great but bit limied without gps…

When the setup is running it actually unpacks the CAB file into a temporary directory. Try copying that cab file directly to your PocketPC and execute it there via the Pocket File Manager

Just to re-emphasize - Do a soft reset between all steps you do. Otherwise the GPS 3.03 driver may still be in memory and prevent installation of 2.07
