After installing TM 5, I get this error every time I try to run TM5:
Error starting ResNavigatorEU: Module 'ResNavigatorEU-15' must be signed with the RIM Runtime Code Signing Key (RRT).
Any ideas? Thanks. |

My bad, skipped my mind to post what I am using. Just like the last post, I am also using a Blackberry Curve 8900 on BIS. I rebooted, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Same error message each time. |

I have been left without Telmap for a week now. Any solution to this problem? |

No real solution that I can think of. The only thing I would do, given the time and inclination, would be to remove the install and try the BES one. No reason to think it would work but what have you got to lose? |

I'm encountering the same error. Curve8900 on AT&T. Tried both BIS and BES versions. Set all the app permissions to "Allow". |

Can someone help me. I downloaded this app several weeks back, has not been able to use it even once. I keep getting this error message
Error starting ResNavigatorEU: Module 'ResNavigatorEU-14' must be signed with the RIM Runtime Code Signing Key (RRT).
I've also provided this report in the feedback survey.
My phone is Curve 8900 on ATT. Also, after this error, the phone becomes very sluggish, when the app is deleted the phone becomes speedy again.
Not sure what's happening. I know I must use the BIS version (but I trued both BES and BIS). I've tried other GPS software with voice guided, they seem to work except this one. |

Hi Vibsak,
A new version is available from the usual place.
Please try downloading that.
We have also seen download errors in the following circumstances:
- Using the device WAP browser - make sure you are using the BB Internet browser
- Poor network connection - this sometimes causes a network timeout - a file only gets partially downloaded and is therefore corrupted.
Hope that helps.
