I had an account with an expired subscription. When I got my iPhone 4, I renewed my subscription (from the link in the email telling me my subscription had expired) but it has created a new username and password. How do I merge the two accounts? They both show the real same email address. |

I'd guess you'd need to provide both usernames, the email address and, I guess, clearly state which username you want to keep. _________________ Jock

This has been dealt with, the answer is to log-in using your EXISTING user-name before renewing. Otherwise you end up subscribing as a new user, as you'd expect. _________________ Darren Griffin |

The exact same thing just happened to me. Is there a way around this now that it's happened or is it no big deal? |
