Installed it through home onto my 740. No immediate problems. Did require a hard reset after disconnecting it from my PC, despite Home saying it was doing this bit for me. Fairly smooth as far as TT upgrades go.

Installed perfectly for me, had minor problem when it restarted as i could not backup my TTG530T, turned off and then turned on and all works perfectly now.

Keep up the good work TomTom and PGPSW!!

This release seems to have fixed the 31mph bug.

Now that I have a satellite lock it my device tells me I am doing 0/30 mph instead of 0/31mph. Very Happy

edit: like some other new navcores, when you browse the map it shows you a floating arrow tip that shows the distance to home/ destination, plus an arrow showing North in relation to the direction you should be heading.

edit2: operate my Go is working right off the bat too.

Hi,
I've noticed that on my new 930, that the sound mutes if the battery level drops below about 40%. Can other users of the 930 series please confirm whether or not this happens on their device? It only happens when a computer (Text to Speech) voice is selected and NOT when a basic pre-recorded voice is selected so I think this would only affect x30 models which support Text to Speech. I am also keen to see if this software update fixes the problem. This problem is reproducable in DEMO mode.
Nick.

yes, I too couldn't install kate - looks like the stuttering computer voice problem has been fixed on my 520 by saying that computer voices are no longer supported on my device - a pain because the old unofficial version of the software had fixed the stuttering on my device. Now I can't download any computer voices. What's going on?!
