Scottish Borders Speed Cameras Arsonists Attack Again

Attacks on speed cameras in the Borders of Scotland continue with news from the BBC of another incident on the A68 at Newtown St Boswells.

Firefighters were called to extinguish the flames and disable the power from the camera.

Police have put out a call for anyone in the area who saw anything suspicious at around 00:30am on Wednesday.

Over twenty cameras have been torched in the Borders so far over the past 10 years with a further six cameras attacked with a saw.
