PayPal Issue - Problem with New & Renewing Subscriptions

pocketgpsworld.comWe are experiencing an ongoing issue with PayPal today.

The issue is preventing us from receiving the payment notification when you subscribe or renew and consequently the system which would activate your subscription automatically is not functioning.

If you have paid today either to commence a new subscription or to renew (manually or automatically) using PayPal and you do not have access to the downloads then you may be affected.

Please login to your PayPal account and confirm payment has been made and that it is not listed as an eCheque. If payment has been made and you do not have access (please allow 1hr between payment and access being granted) then you will need top open a support ticket with us.

Complete the support form here. If you ensure you are logged in first then your forum account details will be completed automatically. It will speed up the resolution if you can provide the PayPal Transaction ID. As soon as your ticket is received we will verify payment with PayPal, credit your account and respond to confirm this has occurred.

Please accept our apologies for this, under normal circumstances activation is instant. We are investigating and hopefully PayPal will resolve the issue soonest!
