As part of a county wide initiative, Leicestershire have announced that three more sets of average speed cameras are to be rolled out next week.
The devices are part of a 12 month trial - costing £500,000 - to help reduce speeding in seven "hotspots".
The point-to-point cameras will monitor the A4304 Lutterworth Road, Walcote, the B4114 Sharnford and Burton Road, Measham.
A County Hall spokesman commented: "We're currently working to complete the installation of the average speed cameras across the county. While some of the cameras have been installed, there's more work to be done to ensure the cameras are fully compliant and enforceable by the police."
Those fined will receive a £100 fixed penalty, which normally goes to the Government, but Leicestershire County Counciil is seeking to retain some money to cover its installation costs.
