	TomTom Maps - v840.2562 Now out TomTom have snuck out a map update. Although we have received no official news on this release, forum members spotted the availability of it through TomTom HOME this morning. The new map is version 840.2562. UK and Republic of Ireland, Western Europe, Europe (Western and Central Europe) and North America are all confirmed as available. Worthy of note is the inclusion of Greece (84%), Turkey (63%) map coverage in the Europe release. These are both new additions. Those of you with an unused Latest Map Guarantee (LMG) or a Map Update subscription can now mosey on over to the map update section of TomTom HOME to grab your download. Sadly it would seem that there are still a number of long standing errors that have not been corrected in the UK map data. This is by far the biggest criticism of satnav mapping and it is disappointing that Tele Atlas has not improved the speed with which it corrects often major errors. Click here to discuss...
