I have been advised by TOM TOM that the facility to operate your device from a PC is withdrawn with immediate effect
This is very disappointing since I have a Brand New device which is not inexpensive and even the manual says that the feature is available.
Does anyone know why TOM TOM have been so cavalier?"

Surely a TT mistake.

If true surely a refund is legally enforceable, especially if under a year old.
