I'm after mounting my PDA on the dash of my 1 series BMW. I don't really want it mounting on the windscreen if possible. I also want a bluetooth GPS, but I'm not sure which one I should go for, there are so many!

My other minor issue is that my car has the no smoking option. So the 12v power supply is in the arm rest. My Snooper s4 is already hardwired in. So I may need a long lead, for my PDA, which might look abit untidy.

What can you suggest?

Hello Halo (is there an echo in here? Laughing )
I presume you bought TTN3 software but not GPS Receiver ? I started with Memory Map software & my PDA and bought a Fortuna ClipOn BT GPS which has worked gr8 with MMap & now TTN3 - provided you follow advice from these forums & use the 2.07 GPS Driver (easily explained if you ever need to know)
To dashmount on my E39 BMW I wanted a small removeable Vent Mount & after checking out the reviews here I went for one from theclip.com which I use to mount my phone (mostly) & my PDA when I use TTN3
As for wiring are you on the road for hours on end as the Fortuna GPS runs for 5-10hrs and my Ipaq seems to go for ages too (so I run them on battery power ...
HTH ... Paul ;)
