How do you update? (iPhone app)

Everytime i open the app on my iphone it keeps saying to update it but i dont know how... Sad

I went onto to updates page but cant find it there either

Bottom right corner...

Tap the cog wheel

next window, Tap the right arrow alongside "Manage Cameras"

next window, Tap Download database.

Read the top line - it says 'you are not subscribed for downloads'
