I have done the conversion from the PGPSW CSV file to to rupi numerous times without any problem or crash, so I'm not certain what's wrong with your setup Ali. |

Could you perhaps relinquish the info on what you used and how to do it, I'll regard it as my Christmas present :D :D |

@K13ehr, have you seen this page from Sygic?
http://www.sygic.com/en/poi
Towards the bottom of the page there is a "Here" link in blue which you click to download the converter. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

@M8JT, Knowing how other members here rate Sygic highly I was thinking that it was me and my set up also. I'd spent a fair bit of time reading the How Do's, downloading, tinkering and tweaking, all to no avail.
Unfortunately, reading the various HowTo's and FAQ's opened my eyes to additional problems other users were experiencing and I decided not to persevere.
If K13ehr had not had posted that he was having problems I'd have put at down to me being in error and would have quietly moved on.
Thank you JaTe for your comments and confirmation that it is also happening for experienced Sygic users, not just the noobs.
Pity this "bug" has appeared just at the time Sygic have got their Christmas promo running to bring in new users. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599

Ah, I haven't tried any imports since the last update I must admit. I'll have a go later and report back. |

But I've just got a shiney new s3 phone and it loaded just fine. I haven't tried loading the latest PGPSW cams yet, but the ones from a couple of weeks ago (on my SD card transferred from my old phone) work fine with the new version on my new phone. Methinks an SD card backup is in order before I try to load the latest then.

Well, I just installed the latest PGPSW cameras on my Sygic, and it went just as expected. No problems. Sygic version 13.4.1 Android 4.3
Used the Sygic Aura [ UK - Speed Zoned Complete | pMobiles: Yes | French: No | Swiss: No ] download and Sygic's CSV to RUPI converter as always. |

@K13ehr
Here you go. here's your Christmas present.
How toput PGPSW cams onto Sygic
Have a folder somewhere on a drive called (say)x:\SygicPGPSWCams\CamsForConversion
Download the converter from the link at the bottom of this page http://help.sygic.com/entries/22149526-Import-of-external-custom-POIs-to-Sygic
Put the Sygic converter "RUPI Convertor.exe" and its .DLL "dbghelp.dll" into x:\SygicPGPSWCams
1. Download PGPSW file "Sygic Aura/UK - Speed Zoned Complete". Unzip the .csv files into x:\SygicPGPSWCams\CamsForConversion
2.Launch the convertor on your PC from x:\SygicPGPSWCams
3.Click Browse Files to browse to H:\SygicPGPSWCams\CamsForConversion.
4.Select .csv files that you want to convert.
5.Run the conversion to convert the files to RUPI format.
6.Delete the.csv files from H:\SygicPGPSWCams\CamsForConversion (to make the selection of the other two file types easier).
7. Copy the *.rupi and *.bmp files directly into "Sygic/maps/gbr.ta.2013.xx\import" folder on phone. If there is no "Import" folder, create one
8.Start Sygic. A wizard for import of custom POI will open after launch
Happy Christmas |

Thanks for the update M8JT. Glad it is working for you.
Sadly, my 7 day trial has expired today and I don't feel confident enough to purchase the Sygic app based on my recent experiences. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599
