Speed camera or not???

Hi all am new on here but was looking to get a bit of help, I was recently driving from ashby to nuneaton when I saw something attached to the lamppost opposite a pub but couldn't figure out what it was, it looked like one of those traffic management things but has only recently been put up, I was wondering if anyone else knew what it was its located on the a444 opposite the Appleby pub near Appleby parva, will try to include a photo from google earth of location but thing in question not shown any help is much appreciated.

I can't see anything on StreetView, which may well be out of date, opposite the pub. The only thing I can see is the pub's Car Park CCTV camera, centre stage here.
