Hot Fix to CamerAlert for Android Version 1.3.6.601

Due to an issue with permissions for CamerAlert on Android Ice Cream Sandwich we have released a new version of the CamerAlert app to address this.

The changes in this release include all the previous ones in 1.3.6.598 and 1.3.6.601 plus added permissions for BROADCAST_STICKY.
