help with voices

I have just bought a Tom Tom Start 25, it has no computer voice to speak street names although it is advertised as having them, tom tom say's go to settings/ change voice a select computer voice but the only voices listed are recorded voices,is their a download that would put a computer voice on ?

No sorry, currently there is no way to download a computer voice to any TomTom model that uses MyTomTom to connect to the web.

If you are sure that you don't have "Serena" (the only UK "computer" voice) in Settings/Voices/Change voice, then I'd take it straight back to the shop and get a new one.
