Saving & Naming In Xpedition

I seem to be getting to grips with Xpedition now,it seems to run better all round recently.

The main problem I am having is naming and saving routes.

No matter what name I give to a route file on my computer it saves in Xpedition as Route 1.

There does not seem to be a facility to rename the route to the correct moniker,if I right click on one of these routes all I get is "Silverlight".

I have looked in FAQ but there is nothing there,are there any more detailed instructions any where ?

I have looked on the Satmap site but can't see any.

There are two ways of saving routes.

Firstly, down the left side of the screen you should see a toolbar heading called FILE. There are two icons for Save all and Save all as which I hope are self-explanatory. You have to watch this as I think Save all as will do exactly that and will save all routes and POIs on the map page. It is easy to clear the map of unwanted items but you have to do that before you start a new route.

The second method is to hover your mouse over the route on the map and the route should increase in size. Right click and that will produce a menu of tools.

I've found it's easier to create a new folder for routes before you start creating a new route. Xpedition will prompt for this but it's easier done first thing.
