I am considering replacing my ageing TomTom 930 with a Garmin nuvi 3790T. I am going on holiday to USA and this device is quite a bit cheaper over there. I would buy the UK maps on my return. Couple of questions on this:
1. Will the warranty be honoured in the UK?
2. The voice will probably be some American, is it easy enough to change to an English accented voice?
3. Any pros/cons of this sat nav? |

Slightly confused as your subject mentions a 2595 but your post mentions a 3790?
Not sure about the warranty but can't see why Garmin shouldn't honour it.
Voices come pre-loaded on all the Garmins I've owned and include American and British voices, so no problem there. |

Yes, should have added that, definitely check with Garmin first
Looking though at the Warranty info on Garmin's website it appears the OP should be OK.

Had a look at the 2460, seems to have some good reviews. Maybe I'll get that here instead of chancing the warranty. |
