I plug the headphone socket on my iPhone into the aux input of my car radio to listen to iTunes. If I run the safety camera app and TomTom app as well they all coexist happily, but getting the volume of the navigation voice to be at the right level does not seem possible. I have set it to minimum and also that it fades music but it's quite a bit louder than the music which is very jarring. Anyone else enountered this and found a way round it? _________________ TomTom app on my iPhone |

I'm only going by the instructions, but they reckon there is a setting to set a balance between the voice volume and music volume.
| Quote: | Voice Volume
Adjust this setting to set the volume of voice instructions as a percentage of the music volume.
For example, you can move the slider to the middle of the slider bar to set the volume of voice instructions at 50% of the music volume.
If the slider is set to off, the music volume and voice volume are set to the same level. |
The last line seems to imply you need to set the slider just off the minimum position.
See page 25 of the .pdf manual here. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |

Indeed there is but even at it's lowest setting it's still too loud. _________________ TomTom app on my iPhone |
