The pop-up tool-tip for the Heading Field states 1-360 degrees. If you enter 360, you get an error saying 0 to 359 degrees only.

The Heading Field is a Legacy Item, and currently tends not to be used as it really isn't essential.

The Heading was not intended for use as in Speed Camera Data, but as a direction pointer from the nearest road.

As more than 99% of locations now indicate the access point it was deemed unnecessary.

fixed. now accepts 1-360 but can also be left blank.

I know, but at least the instructions and error messages tie up now!
Shall I delete the heading option from the form completely?

I would be happy to see it go. 
Don't forget the admin page as well, or it may throw up errors when loading.
