Rider phone ringtone

Hi I can install a ringtone to my rider no problem but I cant work out how to set it to play said tone through the headset when a incoming call comes in. any ideas ?

Its a Rider V3 if it makes a difference.

The navcore might be different in the rider phone.It can be show in the home page in the manage device under the ringtone.you can also find it in my computer in the sound.all it is normal.
