Can POI's be downloaded for the Navman Mio M450 Deluxe

My daughter bought one of these from Halfords, which I use occasionally.
Will the unit accept POI downloads. I have looked on the list of supported units, but cannot find this madel listed.

Difficult to say. Navman have produced a number of the discount specials sold only through certain outlets and so, without buying each one we can't know upon which regular model they are based.

Does it come with desktop software and cables that support the upload/install of POIs? The manual may make reference to it.

Some models don't support it, others only support it with an extra cost connectivity kit.

i thought the M450D was an M400 with added extras, and both include the pc software
