maps update for Clarion MAX973HD

Hello guys, I have in my car Clarion MAX973HD navigation system, but the maps for Baltic States and Russia are very poor. Have anybody cure for this problem. As I realized, this system doesnt "eat" any other formats of maps (iGO8, Rout66 etc..) only the Naviteq ones, which will be available only in the beginng of next year. Could somebody answer to me, is it possible somehow to make this Navigation read iGO8 maps for example?

It is not possible to use maps from an alternate source. Each provider uses a unique format and they are not convertable.

Your only source of map data will be Clarion.
