Hi! We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
But as we’re losing ad-revenue from this then why not make a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!

Well I didnt expect to wow so much comment but thanks for the useful and amusing ones. Case closed.
And the moral of the story is.... We've been and gone and done it yet again!!
It's not your fault. Just that every now and again we (the Staff, Moderators and Verifiers) swear a huge oath never to get caught up in another discussion of where, when and how in relation to cameras, because, quite simply, the thread most often develops into a dirty crossfire. But what can we do? Somebody asks a question just like you did. With the best will in the world, "we" start off trying to be open, informative, helpful. But usually without fail, one of us will use a word or phrase which triggers offense in somebody and away we go - like me saying M180 submissions were incorrect (then compounding the issue by shoving off for a whole day incommunicado). An apology and explanation many hours later appears grudging and is already far too late to pour oil on troubled waters. I don't believe a single one of "the team here at pgpsw" (that is sitting "here" at keyboards wherever we all are) has any intention of offending, putting down, disrespecting, ignoring or firing up any of the contributors. But we're all, contributors included, sitting at anonymous keyboards with just a few crummy smileys available and they are totally unable to convey any emotion or humour.
Ah, well, roll on the next one we've sworn not to get involved in. _________________ Dennis

And in an effort to add some closure to this thread and 'hopefully' mark it as the last time we become embroiled in such discussions I have personally emailed SAFC to apologise. _________________ Darren Griffin

Just to add though (er ... sorry Darren ), occasionally issues are more genuine and not just 'the usual whingers' - and I think this was one of them. So it's good that it was possible to air it properly. _________________ David
