Hi there,
Satisfied with my trial of Mobile Navigator 7, I decided yesterday to purchase the full version.
I payed for it and received an activation code and device number via e-mail. However at no point did I receive a serial number for my software which I downloaded (originally as a trial). As a result, I cannot fully activate the product and I am not able to download extras such as the speed camera warner. Everything says it is "on the packaging" but as it was downloaded there was no packaging. And no e-mails contain a serial number either.
Further, I phoned Navigon and the woman told me she didn't have a serial number for it on her screen, and didn't know what to do...
Can anyone recommend to me what my next step is from here?

Go back to Navigon and explain slowly, once again, exactly what is wrong.
Try emailing support.uk@navigon.com. They are not the fastest responders but they did provide an effective solution.
My last issue was it told me I needed a product code and device ID. When I entered these it told me I had already registered (true) and needed a new code etc for Freshmaps. It would not let me pay.
I emailed them. They emailed back. I explained a second time. A few days later I found the links worked properly.
