GNAV10 UK Map will not install?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and to satnavs. My brother gave me his GNAV10 and it worked fine... that is until I tried to install another map off the DestinatorOP CD's, hoping that somehow I could find a current/up to date UK map. I basically somehow lost the already installed UK map, s oI had to try and re-install it off the CD. For some reason it will not install the UK map, it always gives an error saying something about not being able to extract the file??? I can however install any of the other maps on the CD.
Would you say it is a faulty CD / corrupt file?
Hiw might I now find and install an up to date UK map?
Any advice would be great
