when ever I update via home to ver 8.01 from 7.48 my 720 works fine with the handsfree calling function for a while, then I lose the function. Today for instance the tt had been resting all weekend after a hard week, I took it out and it wouldn't work handsfree. up until I tried the alarms etc were ok, after i tried to call all sounds dissapear. So I rebooted, but to no avail the handsfree would not work again, I removed the phone and redetected it, no good. All the settings for sound etc seem to be ok, as it worked when i last used it on friday. So tonight I have reverted to the 7.48fw and all is again good with the world.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a cure? Am i destined to never upgrade my software to ver 8? all help accepted and comments welcomed, even the funny ones...... Crying or Very sad

there are a few topics about hands free for the 720 ,but basically it doesn't work to well and never will only about 10% do(i might be correct too) or do you know about this 1 ....and this another problem ??

thanks for the reply. I am aware of the threads relating to several other problems, but this one only refers to the problem I experienced after updating the firmware. however it works fine with firmware 7.48. thanks anyway Wink
