JUSTSPEED.. I don't think you are doing anything wrong its just one of those things. Give it a rest for a few hours and then try again. It worked for me :D

I would think it would be a good idea to switch off your firewall software before trying to upgrade. I've had problems with accessing web pages with Norton Firewall since upgrading to AOL 9.0. In fact with AOL 9.0 I was unable to make this post - I had to switch to Internet Explorer. It's all very strange.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
